We love all of our clients at the Blo Lounge, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. LATE CANCELLATIONS

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we charge a $15 cancellation fee. Talk to us to find out more.

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Blo Lounge and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 9 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
